How does Sendz work?
You upload a file or paste text on our website. We generate a secure 6-digit code. You enter that code on your receiving device to download the file or copy the text.
Is Sendz free?
Yes, Sendz is entirely free to use. There are no paid tiers or subscriptions required to transfer your files or text.
Do I need an account?
No. Sendz is designed to be completely frictionless. You do not need to create an account, provide an email address, or log in to use the service.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Sendz runs entirely in your web browser. You do not need to download or install any applications on your phone or computer.
Transferring & Sharing
How do I transfer files between devices?
Open Sendz on the sending device and select your file to receive a 6-digit code. Then, open Sendz on the receiving device, select the 'Receive' tab, and enter the code to download your file.
Can I transfer files from my phone to my computer?
Yes. Open Sendz in your phone's web browser, upload the file, and then type the resulting code into your computer's web browser.
Can I transfer files from my computer to my phone?
Absolutely. The process works exactly the same in reverse. Upload the file from your computer and enter the code into your phone's browser.
Can I share files online with someone else?
Yes. You can upload a file and give the 6-digit code to another person. They just need to visit Sendz.in and enter the code to download the file.
Can I send a PDF online?
Yes, PDF documents are fully supported.
Can I send images?
Yes, you can easily send photos, screenshots, and image files.
Can I send ZIP files?
Yes, ZIP archives and most other standard file formats are supported, up to the 100MB file size limit.
Can I share text between devices?
Yes. Sendz has a dedicated 'Text' tab where you can paste up to 50,000 characters (like notes, URLs, or code snippets) and securely retrieve it on another device with a 6-digit code.

Can I use Sendz on a phone?
Yes, Sendz works on any modern mobile browser like Safari, Chrome, or Firefox on both iOS and Android devices.
Can I use Sendz on a computer?
Yes, it works on Windows PCs, Macs, and Linux machines via any standard web browser.
Privacy & Expiration
How does the share code work?
When you upload content, our system randomly generates a temporary 6-digit numeric code. This code acts as a secure key required to access your specific file or text snippet.
How long are files available?
Every file and text snippet expires exactly 12 hours after it is uploaded.
Are shared files searchable by Google?
No. All file and text download pages are protected with 'noindex' tags, which explicitly blocks Google and other search engines from crawling or indexing your shared content.
What happens when a share expires?
Exactly 12 hours after creation, the 6-digit code becomes invalid. At that moment, the file or text snippet becomes permanently inaccessible and is subsequently deleted by our automated systems.
